Congratulations to Greco Real Estate on the grand opening of their South Tampa office!

About Greco Real Estate:
In 2014, while attending Florida State University, Garrett Greco earned his Florida Real Estate License. After graduating, he teamed up at a large real estate brokerage with his mother, Karen Greco. Almost immediately, Garrett saw an opportunity to better service their customers by creating a new independent brokerage with Karen. In 2017 Greco Real Estate was formed as its own independent brokerage. The next four years were spent expanding the business in Sarasota, focused on general residential luxury sales and new construction sales for Allegra Homes, a builder/developer.
