Masa de Puerco (GF | DF): crispy and tender roasted pork pieces, cilantro garlic aioli, fresh lime
Course 2: choice of 1 of the below entrees:
-Kale y Shaved Brussels Salad with or without chicken: shaved brussels, kale, tomatoes, sourdough garlic croutons, parmesan cheese, seasonal fruit, lime caesar
