Specializing in Apartment Doorstep Trash Pickup and Junk Removal. AWS operates Apartment Doorstep Trash Removal services in nearly a dozen states throughout the country. AWS performs 5 Night-A-Week, Apartment Doorstep Trash Pickup. Our Uniformed and Trained Trash Porters (Independent Contractors), remove Bagged Trash from each unit at an apartment complex and dispose of the trash at the Onsite Trash Compactor/Dumpsters. AWS trash porters perform this task with company-owned smartphones, that use an App-Based System called “Doorstep Details”, that tracks and reports, Arrival/Departure Times, Building Pickup Times, and After-Service Photos (ALL GPS/Date-Time Stamped)..

Operations & Sales Support Specialist

CARE Center Duties:

Nightly Accuracy Review of Trash Contractor’s Reports for up to 50 Apartment Communities

Reinforce and Monitor Quality Control compliance for Trash Porters

Daily Communication with Franchisees, Clients, and Contractors via Phone, Text Messaging, Email, and our App-Based Systems

Handle Customer Service Calls and Emails

Responsible for Over-the-Phone, Training for potential New Hires

Ensure Franchisees are contacted promptly for Service Concerns

Maintain Service Violation history records and related problem documentation with Case Creation Software

Reporting Onsite Issues to AWS Franchisees & Clients via text, email, and Microsoft TEAMS

Answering, Evaluating, and Resolving issues arising from Trash Porters, and Apartment Residents via phone/voicemail, text/email.

Responsible for Scheduling Emergency Hires

Conduct scripted initial screening calls for new hire candidates and track results

Perform general office administrative support for the “Doorstep Details” department including operating office equipment, new hire paperwork, opening/sorting/routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, preparing outgoing mail, printing/scanning, ordering supplies, and supporting the team as needed.

Follows ALL Procedures to provide appropriate solutions to known issues.

Provides Courteous and Effective Support to Trash Porters in the Field.

Sales Support Duties

Must be skilled at Appointment Setting.

Schedule Onsite Quote appointments via text, calls, and emails for JUNK SHOT - Junk Removal

Input Sales information into the CRM system

Assist Sales staff with Daily Routing, Client Follow-up

Support Franchise Operations

Ensure exceptional customer interactions by handling all incoming communications in an efficient and professional manner, answering, disseminating, or redirecting appropriately.

Skills:

Bilingual: must be able to speak BOTH English and Spanish fluently.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus.

Full-Time Shifts Available:

  • Monday through Friday (Shifts Vary)
  • Overtime based on the needs of the business

Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
