South Tampa Chamber Member of the Year Finalists
Voted on by the members of the South Tampa Chamber, this award began in 2016 and is presented to the member who leads by example and honors the mission of our organization both with in the Chamber and in the South Tampa community. The Member of the Year Award winner will announced at the 100th Annual Meeting on December 3rd at the Tampa Theatre.

Liz continues to prove her commitment to the Chamber year after year with her involvement, enthusiasm and dedication to the members, STCOC team and ambassador committee. Liz naturally makes all feel welcome and goes above and beyond to help members engage, consistently uses member businesses first and is always ready to step in when her services are needed.
Opal Hudson : STCOC Board of Directors, DEI Council Chair, DEI Award Honoree
Opal has continued to lead with her passion and drive for equality and kindness. She was instrumental in Chairing our DEI Committee and has set the tone for meaningful conversations, action, and progress within our organization. Her leadership has inspired others to get involved, creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Opal consistently shows up with thoughtfulness, courage, and heart—making a lasting impact on both our members and the community we serve!
Suzy Malloy, Blue Star Families : STCOC Military Affairs Council Chair, MAC & DEI Awards Honoree
Suzy is an incredible Chair for our Military Affairs Committee. She is highly active in our relationship with MacDill Air Force Base and our surrounding Veterans. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help others in need, including partnering with the chamber to host breakfast for displaced service members on Christmas morning!
Craig Kuhl, Kuhl Benefits and Insurance : Ambassador, Volunteer & Lunch/Event Greeter
Craig has gone above and beyond for the Chamber this year. He is at almost ALL events, has been such an instrumental part of the ambassadors and the ambassador team activities, and always has such a positive attitude. Craig is always smiling, always welcoming, and never missing a chance to bring new friends along! His energy and friendliness light up every room, and he makes everyone feel like they belong.
