2024 Taste of South Tampa Winners Announced
The South Tampa Chamber was proud to host 18th Annual Taste of South Tampa on Sunday, March 3, presented by Older, Lundy, Koch & Martino. For the seventh year, the Tampa Garden Club on Bayshore Boulevard was transformed into an outdoor festival offering live entertainment, delicious food samples from local restaurants, a beer garden, and the opportunity to win prizes from sponsors.

Meet Tara Moody, our 2024 Chair of the Board
Tara has been actively involved in the chamber since 2018 and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee. Tara was also recognized as the South Tampa Chamber’s Member of the Year in 2023.

2024 is a Leap Year, and this means we all get one extra day on Thursday, February 29, 2024 - Leap of Kindness Day. Leap of Kindness Day aims to inspire folks all around the world to use their extra day to do something kind for someone else.

South Tampa Chamber 2024 Board of Directors
The South Tampa Chamber is proud to announce our 2024 Board of Directors. This year’s board will lead the chamber through an exciting time as the Chamber enters into the second year of a five-year strategic plan. This year’s goals will include to grow membership through recruitment and retention, increase advocacy efforts with the introduction of a new legislative agenda, to expand educational and young professionals programming.

South Tampa Chamber Announces Award Winners
The South Tampa Chamber hosted their Annual Meeting and Awards at the Centre Club on January 13. After recounting some of the Chamber’s achievements from the past year including adding more than 130 new members, hosting nearly 100 events, and participating in 40 ribbon cuttings to celebrate new businesses, and Chamber members were recognized during the event with an awards ceremony.
