Chamber Member Volunteer Day
South Tampa Chamber members are invited for a day of camaraderie and volunteering at Metropolitan Ministries.
As a Morning Volunteer, you will support our mission by assisting in one of the following areas:
- Outreach: Help families choose food and clothes for their families.
- Clothing Warehouse/Thrift Store: Accept donations, sort, and choose donated items for our thrift store and Outreach department.
- Kitchen: Clean the kitchen, prep, cook, and serve food to our residents and community partners. For ages 12+ only.
- Environmental: Keep the grounds of Metropolitan Ministries clean and beautiful, ensuring a nice environment for the residents and the community.
- PromiseLand: Assist the teachers with the babies and toddlers in our preschool. For ages 16+ only.

The minimum age to volunteer for this shift is 8+ if accompanied by an adult, or 14+ without an adult.
