Thomas Mantz joined Feeding Tampa Bay as President and CEO in October of 2012. During Thomas’ tenure with the foodbank the organization has experienced significant growth in support of a 10-county community in West Central Florida, serving close to 1 million economically unstable and food insecure neighbors each year. The foodbank expanded support by deploying innovative strategies that include the opening food pantries in schools and healthcare centers, developing and deploying mobile grocery stores, opening restaurants and an on-campus grocery store, among others. These efforts have enabled Feeding Tampa Bay to move from offering less than 20 million meals a year to over 95 million. Read more about Thomas here.
