STCOC Military Affairs Council
The Military Affairs Council (MAC) helps the Chamber to strengthen the relationship between MacDill Air Force Base and the South Tampa community. MAC members participate in programs throughout the year including support of military spouses and families, assistance with transitioning and veteran employment, and volunteer opportunities.

Shae D. Gee, MBA, SPHR, is the Senior Manager, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition for the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, better known as Tampa International Airport. She has a wealth of experience fostering positive workplace environments and driving strategic recruitment initiatives aligning with the Authority’s organizational goals. At the Authority, Shae has successfully led the development and implementation of comprehensive employee relations strategies in her first six months.
