Levi and Jessica Jaeckel, Founders, Perform24

Levi founded Perform24 in 2014 after years of experience training elite athletes alongside top strength and conditioning coaches. a former D1 collegiate athlete himself, he set out to bring that same level of high performance training to youth athletes and adults, because everyone should train like an athlete and move and perform at their best. 

Jessica joined the business in 2023 after 14 years in the corporate world, combining her background in business strategy and marketing with Levi's deep expertise in performance training. Today, Levi leads as CEO and Head Performance Coach, while Jessica drives operations and marketing as COO and CMO.

Together, they run Perform24 and raise two future athletes of their own, sharing a mission to help others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
