12:00–12:05 PM | Welcome and Why We’re Here
- ATLVets and Perform24 introductions
- Set the tone: Train hard in the gym to maximize life outside it
- Today’s focus: building durability, control, and range of motion as a performance advantage
12:05–12:10 PM | Class Brief: How We’ll Train Today
- Mobility fundamentals: breathing, alignment, and controlled intensity
- “No ego reps” policy (mobility work punishes impatience)
- Outline of the session and how to scale up or down safely
12:10–12:50 PM | Stretch and Mobility Session
This is a dedicated stretch and mobility class focused on improving movement quality and flexibility with safe technique and gradual progression.
- Warm-up tissue prep: light activation and joint prep
- Mobility series (active): controlled drills to open hips and improve positioning
- Strength-in-range work: isometrics and end-range control (where flexibility actually becomes usable)
- Deepening range (passive): longer holds with alignment cues
- Primary emphasis areas: hips, abductors, adductors, and total lower-body mobility
- Tools as needed: yoga blocks, bands, light weights, and stall bars for support and progressive loading
12:50–1:00 PM | Reset, Community, and Next Steps
- Guided cooldown and breathing reset
- Quick takeaways: what to repeat at home (5–8 minutes that actually matters)
