Christi became certified in corrective posture therapy and began to help people put their chronic pain behind them. Chronic pain is often tied to poor posture! When muscles over work joints are pulled out of place. The whole theory behind corrective posture therapy is that muscles tell bones what to do and we must retrain the muscles to work correctly again to keep chronic pain away. The STCOC Young Professionals Committee meets on the 4th Monday, quarterly, from 4:00-5:00pm.
Fees/Admission
There is no fee to attend this meeting. Committee meetings are open to members of the South Tampa Chamber between the ages of 21-40.
