7th Sky Distribution is proud to introduce Gamblers Bay Distillery, a woman-owned, award-winning craft distillery founded in Tampa, Florida in 2019.
While a modern entrant into the craft spirits space, Gamblers Bay Distillery is built on more than 120 years of family distilling heritage. Recipes originating in Romania, refined through Canada, and ultimately perfected in Tampa Bay come together to create spirits that honor tradition while embracing contemporary cocktail culture.
Every spirit is handcrafted in small batches with a deep respect for quality, authenticity, and local influence. For the family behind the brand, distilling has always represented meaningful moments—celebrations, milestones, and shared experiences—captured in every bottle.
