What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused)Sales Development
- Call and qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects
- Make outbound calls to warm prospects and lapsed accounts
- Build rapport, understand business needs, and position TeleVoIPs solutions
- Set sales appointments for senior reps and yourself as you grow
- Use HubSpot daily to manage pipeline and track activity
Account Support & Growth
- Assist with new customer onboarding through the sales process
- Prepare add-on quotes and follow-up to close new revenue
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell opportunities
- Support outside reps as you learn the full sales cycle
Career Development
- Attend weekly internal sales training
- Participate in professional networking groups (BNI, chambers) once promoted
- Learn all aspects of cloud VoIP solutions and business phone systems

Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred (hospitality/retail included)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
