What You’ll Do (Sales-Focused)Sales Development
  • Call and qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects
  • Make outbound calls to warm prospects and lapsed accounts
  • Build rapport, understand business needs, and position TeleVoIPs solutions
  • Set sales appointments for senior reps and yourself as you grow
  • Use HubSpot daily to manage pipeline and track activity
Account Support & Growth
  • Assist with new customer onboarding through the sales process
  • Prepare add-on quotes and follow-up to close new revenue
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to uncover upsell opportunities
  • Support outside reps as you learn the full sales cycle
Career Development
  • Attend weekly internal sales training
  • Participate in professional networking groups (BNI, chambers) once promoted
  • Learn all aspects of cloud VoIP solutions and business phone systems

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer-facing experience preferred (hospitality/retail included)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems is a plus
