Nearly 20 years ago, a group of like-minded banks formed in several Central Florida communities. Our Executive Chairman, Ernie Pinner, formed a bank holding company, brought these banks together in 2000, and in doing so, solidified our central tenants of culture, growth, acquisition, customer service, and a healthy respect for risk.
