Glenda Maiden is TBAE Network’s Director of Programming and Production.  A graduate of Tampa Technical Institute, Glenda brings over 18 years of graphic arts experience to her dual role. She oversees the “look” of TBAE in the areas of Programming and in Post-Production. As a master of Photoshop and Adobe After Effects, Glenda adds the high-end quality TBAE is known for in all its print, web, and video materials. Her outstanding work on TBAE’s original programs has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Telly Award for Filmmaker Spotlight 2016.  Glenda works alongside Jessica with over 50 programmers, artists, art representatives, media companies, and independent film artists to bring superior programming to Tampa Bay. In addition, Glenda oversees most of TBAE’s production volunteers and interns, guiding their development in the field and preparing them for careers in film and broadcast television.

Jessica Sturges is TBAE Network’s Director of Business and Development.  A graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Mass Communication: Broadcast Journalism and a Minor in Theatre: Costumes, she brings a strong background in television production and expertise in social marketing to her role at TBAE. Jessica won her first Independent Film Festival Award while still in college and interning at TBAE. She applies her love of production to her role at TBAE, helping promote the network to an expanding audience through events, print, and social marketing.  Jessica also helms TBAE’s philanthropic efforts, working to increase donor interest and investment in TBAE. As Director of Business, Jessica takes on the role of operations of the station to its fullest capacity.
