Fusion Academy

    Candi Shumake graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida. She then went on to receive her Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University where she minored in Marketing and Management.

    Prior to joining Fusion Academy, Candi spent nine years as the Director of Admissions for The Vanguard School, a 6th-12th grade boarding and day school for students with learning differences. It was there that she discovered her passion for working with students with unique learning styles. Most recently, Candi spent five years working in various positions at GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Centers, a nationwide non-profit organization focused on providing free programs for individuals with Down syndrome.
