Molly is the Founder and Executive Director of Sincera, Support Services, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals and families who struggle with mental health and co-occurring disorders. As a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience and passion in the social services arena, Sincera, Inc. went fully operational in 2014 with co-founder Jennifer Bona. Molly obtained her B.S. from Indiana University. She later completed her M.B.A. In addition to operating Sincera Inc., she is an active participant in multiple community service projects, a member of professional organizations throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Prior to Sincera, Molly worked at the Children's Home Network as a Program Supervisor for approx 10 years.
