CareerSource Tampa Bay is proud to offer a variety of no-cost workforce solutions to employers throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. Our services are designed to help businesses recruit, train, and retain quality talent while reducing hiring and workforce development expenses.

Posting your positions with CareerSource gives your company the opportunity to have your job viewed by thousands of candidates on www.employflorida.com. Employ Florida is Florida’s online tool for connecting and sharing resources with job candidates and businesses. You can post jobs one of two ways. You can either log into the system and self-post your openings or you can fill out the attached job order form and our staff will enter the job posting on your behalf.
We can assist you with filling any open position at any level within your organization. Simply complete the attached job order form for any positions you would like to have posted on your company's Employ Florida registration. Please see attached updated job order form. Please note, you must complete a separate job order form for each position you would like to have posted. Also, we’ll need the Job Descriptions that coincide with the positions you’re hiring for.
Once completed, you can send back to me or directly via email to joborders@careersourcetb.com. Our team will review the info, and will reach out to you for initial verification, etc.
Once posted, your roles will be open to the public to apply and our team can also work to ID potential candidates for your consideration. We will follow up with you every 30 days to review the status and to confirm any referrals who may have been hired.

We provide free recruitment support, including job postings, candidate pre-screening, and referral of qualified applicants. A dedicated CareerSource Tampa Bay representative will work directly with your Human Resources team to build a productive partnership and support your hiring goals.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program
Employers who hire new full-time employees (32–40 hours per week) may qualify for reimbursement of up to $5,000 toward eligible employee wages or salaries, helping offset training costs while developing skilled team members.
Paid Work Experience (PWE) Employer-Based Program (Youth)
This program supports employers by covering 100% of wages for eligible youth participants (ages 18–24) for up to 8 weeks at $15.00 per hour, providing an opportunity to evaluate and train future talent at no cost.
Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)
Businesses may receive up to $25,000 in grant funding to train existing employees, strengthen workforce capabilities, and support professional development through industry-recognized certifications.
